I found the hotel to be a comfortable stay with a lovely design and cleanliness. The lack of natural light and absence of a baby bed were a downside, but the cozy bed made up for it.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were fantastic, with nice and comfortable beds, big windows, and efficient climate control making it cozy despite the heat outside. However, the room felt a bit too warm for my liking. The service was decent; the staff seemed kind and helpful, but there were some issues with getting an iron and laundry service. The location was convenient, especially for trips to Fiera Milano and the train station, but lacked some charm. The dining options were satisfactory, offering a good variety of food on the rooftop. Overall, a comfortable stay with room for improvement.
The hotel offers great value for money with nice, clean and comfy rooms and a rich and complete breakfast. The airconditioned rooms were a steal at the price, perfect after having to deal with a robbery. However, the breakfast service could be more informative about the area and city attractions.
